First track meet and birthday celebrations

Isabella has been doing track at Surprise Lake middle school.
She had her first track meet at Lake Tapps.

Here she is waiting for the 100.
She's in the pink coat

Isabella's track team is so big that even with two other schools, she ran the heat with her teammates.

The rain started and it got miserable!
She wasn't a big fan of the rain and was ready to leave as soon as the rain started.
It was freezing and she was soaked.
But I made her stick around for her three events.
She did shot put and long jump too.

Our family has a lot of September birthday's.
We celebrated yesterday as a family.

All of the Teodoro September birthday kiddos!

iphone dump

So, this post is going to be a dump of all of the pictures on my iphone.
It's going to be a random mix of the past few months.

Owen turned 8 and we celebrated him a few different times.
This was on his actual birthday.

Sleep Country commercials are still running.
It's crazy to see Aidan's face in them.
He looks so different!

Isabella learned how to sew a pillowcase dress in our old 'hood with our old neighbors The Armstrong's.
Christine Armstrong, 14, is the Washington state teen representative for Dress a Girl.
Dress a Girl makes and provides pillowcase dresses for girls in other countries who otherwise might not have ever received a new dress.

After sewing a pillowcase dress, Isabella got excited about sewing
and started designing and sewing on her own.

She made a dress for her American Girl doll.
I think she did pretty good for her first time and with no help from me!

Owen cashed in his Christmas gift from Grandpa and spent the day on a boat tour of the Ballard Locks.
He had a great time!

We had family game night at the Edvald's house with the Bryant's.
We did our best to dominate, but the Edvalds had a home court advantage!

We did beat the Bryant's!

I left Owen and Bella at home alone for the first time late this summer.
I was gone for about 25 minutes.
This is the note that greeted me when I came home.

I love our small town.
I especially love our small town parade.

Owen marched in the Milton Days Parade with his boy scout troop

Most of us enjoyed Milton Days.
Some of us did not.
The ones who did not, walked home early because they were grumps.

We spent time at Grandma and Grandpa's this summer enjoying the water.

Sophie made friends with a jelly fish.

The kids love the new kayak!

Sophie loves the water and soaking up the sun!

Mike celebrated his 36th birthday

Isabella tried out an art camp and made this really cool pop tab fish.
She didn't love it, so she only went one day.

We had a bit of a mole problem.
The boys attempted to take care of the problem.
This was their arsenal of weapons.

The drive to Lake Roosevelt provided lots of amazing views.

Like this heart shape in the side of the mountain.

While at Lake Roosevelt we celebrated the boys birthday's again.

Isabella joined the "big kids" on a hike to the top of the hill at Lake Roosevelt.

The views did not disappoint!
See the houseboat down below.

It was nice to spend a few days relaxing before school started.

Owen loved water skiing.

Paddleboarding

Wakeboarding

Kneeboarding

Our neighborhood had their first community garage sale.
Isabella was dared by Aidan to dress up in this inflatable dinosaur and dance and hold the sign at the entrance to attract customers.

We hiked the "BOG" on the Milton trail.
Sophie made friends with a frog.

We had a delightful picnic dinner at the Lighthouse with good friends as a last hurrah before summers end.

The boys played football while the ladies talked.

Sophie watching the birds in the backyard.

Owen's garden started to provide some food for us.

First day of school!
Owen started 3rd grade at Endeavour with Mrs. Durr.

Isabella started 6th grade {middle school}.

And Aidan began his sophomore year at Fife High School.

Aidan being a gentleman and walking his friend Kateri to her car after playing at the recording studio.

Pacific Recording Studios

I turned 35 and celebrated with some love from lots of friends and family.
Mike gave me 35 roses.

Sophie misses her little people while they are at school.
I think.

Aidan turned 15!

We celebrated with our traditional lunch out at Panda Express.

Owen and his friend Zion at a friend's birthday party.

I ran my 4th half marathon.
This was actually the 3rd time running the You Go Girl in Tacoma.

My injuries after my fall on mile 9.

The awesome bruise on my hand two days after.

Aidan got his permit!

Even Sophie comes along for the ride when Aidan drives.

We had a few awesome fall days before all of the rain hit.

Aidan's drum instructor knows how much Owen loves model rockets.
He bought Owen a few.
After Owen built them we went to the school to launch them.

Owen's soccer pictures

The Avengers

Owen played goalie

while Bella made a little homeless bag lady hut for herself.

Owen did great at goalie and everyone likes soccer better when it's a beautiful day like this!

Now that we have a driver in the house, it's time for him to figure out how to change the oil.

Sophie is as dumb as a cat and loves her laser pointer.

A beautiful sunset after soccer practice.

Phew!
And that is all folks!
